Requirements You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and complete a ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment. Experience in food preparation within a licensed childcare setting is a big plus! Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
