Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

The ideal candidate will support attorneys in handling personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation. The position will primarily focus on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of the personal injury litigation process from pre-suit through trial preparation.
• Prepare demand packages.
• Prepare and electronically file pleadings in Florida State and Federal Courts.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
• Assist with e-discovery and case management.
• Prepare clients for depositions and other case-related matters.
• Maintain organized case files and perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable with legal technology and case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
