JOB TITLE: Shipper Level II
PAY RANGE : $22 – $24/hr | SHIFT: 7am -3:30pm M-F | TYPE : Onsite

QUICK SUMMARY
At Prototek, shipping isn’t just putting parts in a box. Our shipping team plays a huge role in keeping production moving and ensuring precision-manufactured parts arrive safely and on time to customers across industries like aerospace, defense, robotics, medical, and advanced manufacturing.

We’re looking for a dependable Shipper Level II who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Package and prepare precision parts for shipment
• Process UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments
• Verify work orders, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Receive incoming materials and move inventory between departments/buildings
• Use Mie Trak and Mie Kiosk to manage shipping workflows
• Support end-of-day shipping operations and reporting

REQUIREMENTS :

• High School diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Experience using shipping software or ERP systems
• Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally throughout the shift
• Ability to push, pull, or lift 75lb moderately throughout the workday
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail

Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements – Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.  This position is subject to ITAR which requires U.S. Person status.
