Position Highlights Broad and diverse surgical case mix across multiple specialties Team‑based care model working alongside anesthesiology residents, CAAs, and CRNAs Combination of medically directing and personally performing cases State‑of-the‑art operating rooms and perioperative technology Strong institutional support and collaborative physician leadership Exposure to complex surgical patients, including pre‑heart and pre‑liver transplant patients undergoing non‑transplant procedures No pediatrics No obstetrics No trauma Call Structure Approximately four first‑call shifts per month from home One weekend of call per month Post‑call day off to support work‑life balance Why Join Cleveland Clinic Florida?
