Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Clinical Manager
Our organization is in search of a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to take charge of clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This leadership position, based on-site, involves supervising nursing personnel, coordinating care that prioritizes patients, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee nursing staff and their daily activities.
- Facilitate patient-centered care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving quality of care.
- Support the professional development of staff members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Proven experience in a clinical management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
This position requires on-site presence and active engagement with both staff and patients.
