This position partners with cross functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver actional insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment.Support the annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning processesDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, contribution and profitabilityPartner with business leaders to understand the assumptions, risks and opportunities impacting financial performanceTrack and report key financial and operational performance metrics.Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentationsAnalyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performanceIdentify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunitiesDevelop expert knowledge with the ERP environment (Syspro)Ad-hoc analysis as neededDemonstrated analytical and complex problem-solving abilitiesStrong user of Microsoft analytical and database tools, including Excel, Access and SQLDemonstrated financial modeling expertisePrior experience successfully implementing best practicesExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and possess strong business acumenDetail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks within established deadlinesBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years in relevant analytical roles in FinanceRelevant experience in a range of environments including; manufacturing, consumer packaging, retail distribution, multi-brand, multi-division, extensive product portfolios, international, Healthcare products$75,000-$90,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
