Perform discovery of customer current process solution or platform. Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions. Responsibilities Collaborating with management departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications Evaluate analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis. Perform discovery of customer current process solution or platform. Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions. Develop analyses and documentation communicating effectively and efficiently with developers production managerial and executive teams. Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteria. Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
