Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in Newton, Iowa. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment, adhering to hospital protocols and standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position is scheduled for night shifts, including weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality emergency care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency nursing, location within the state of Iowa
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric emergency experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, ENA (Emergency Nurses Association) membership
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to follow facility-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. The facility operates 24/7, and the nurse will be responsible for delivering urgent and emergent patient care within the emergency department setting.
