Product Manager, Patient Communications

Owning the end-to-end patient communications product, the full-time remote Product Manager, Patient Communications will manage the strategy, roadmap, and execution of SMS and email communications to enhance the patient journey through segmentation and experimentation. Key Responsibilities Own the patient communications roadmap, including SMS and email updates, refill reminders, and onboarding flows Build the foundation for patient journey mapping by defining lifecycle stages and designing tailored communication tracks Design and run A/B tests to optimize message timing, content, and channel, ensuring integration with the patient portal and checkout flow Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of product management experience with ownership of a communications or engagement product Familiarity with Twilio or a comparable SMS/messaging platform Experience with customer or patient journey thinking, including segmentation and personalization An experimentation mindset with the ability to design tests and analyze data
