Alternate Delivery Design Manager - Transportation (Multiple Locations)

Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program and 10 years related engineering, consulting, project management, or alternate delivery experience, preferably within the A/E industry required. 15 years of experience preferred. Experience managing complex, transportation design or design-build projects. Experience with proposal development, project planning, budget management, scheduling, and client coordination. Experience working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple concurrent assignments. Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to positively influence others and effectively manage project execution activities. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to clients, leadership, and project teams. Must be proficient in the use of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) preferred. Compensation $150,000.00-300,000.00 Yearly The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
