Hotel Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk is the heart of our hotel, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a smile. If you've worked at a Hilton or IHG branded hotel , we'd especially love to hear from you. Your experience with brand standards and hotel operations will help you succeed from day one. What You'll Do: As our Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last person our guests interact with, making every impression count. In this role, you will: Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide outstanding customer service. Check guests in and out quickly and accurately. Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. Recommend room upgrades and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members to ensure every guest enjoys a great stay. Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures while maintaining an organized front desk. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Our ideal candidate has: Previous Front Desk Agent experience at a Hilton or IHG branded hotel (strongly preferred) . Experience with hotel property management systems such as OnQ, PEP, or other hotel PMS software . Excellent communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
