Territory Sales Representative – Respiratory (Southern California) Compensation $100,000 base + $175,000–$200,000 OTE Overview Our client, an innovative provider of advanced respiratory equipment and services, is expanding their presence across Southern California. They are seeking three Territory Sales Representatives to support growth across the region, with dedicated coverage in North Los Angeles County, South Los Angeles County, and San Diego. This is a highly field-driven role focused on building new business and expanding existing accounts within designated hospitals and clinics. What You’ll Do Manage a defined territory of assigned hospitals, clinics, and referral sources Drive new business development (approximately 60%) while expanding existing accounts (40%) Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers Conduct regular in-person visits, spending 85–90% of time in the field Deliver product education and support clinical adoption of respiratory solutions Utilize CRM tools and market intelligence data to manage pipeline and track activity Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy and growth initiatives Monitor competitive activity and proactively engage key accounts What You Bring Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential preferred Experience in Respiratory, HME, or Post-acute Healthcare Sales Preferred Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Effective communication and presentation skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $100,000 with on-target earnings of $175,000–$200,000 Pre-approved travel and expense reimbursement Corporate marketing support and resources Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision STD, LTD, life insurance, and 401(k) Additional Details 3 reps to cover 3 territories: North LA County, South LA County, and San Diego Primarily field-based role Direct reporting line to senior leadership This is an opportunity to join a growing organization in a high-impact role with strong earning potential and significant market opportunity across Southern California. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
