Seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract assignment supporting our Consumer Finance Segment. Develop a strong understanding of the business segment to become a trusted recruiting partner In concert with your leadership team, devise a recruiting strategy to present our story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens. Leverage your market intelligence and the relationships you build to create a pipeline of exceptional talent. Source and attract top investment talent, effectively assessing a candidate's fit to the company, team, and position Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Understand federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment Possess a demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Internet Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to research, network, and implement inclusion‑based recruiting strategy development. Basic Qualifications Minimum of four years of sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting experience AND Bachelor's degree OR 8 years in full‑cycle recruiting in the disciplines mentioned above in place of a degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
