The Clinical Nurse - Nursing Post Anesthesia Care Unit supports patients through critical surgical transitions within a high-acuity perioperative environment. The Clinical Nurse - Nursing Post Anesthesia Care Unit rotates between Preoperative Care, Post Anesthesia Care, and Transition Post Anesthesia Care units, delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical nursing experience in Preoperative Care, Post Anesthesia Care, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, or Surgical Intermediate Care Unit. EDUCATION

Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.

Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire Preferred: OCN - Oncology Nurse Certification Upon Hire Preferred: Certification in specialty practice area. Upon Hire All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
