Site Coordinator

Title: Site Coordinator Job Description: 73K Job Overview The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Assist managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes Determine and enforce employees training on compliance guidelines, requirements, and standards Report on the performance of the document control system for review and as a basis for improvement of the document system Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience High school diploma / GED , Associate’s degree preferred Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role Experience in the customer service field is a preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required to have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office Basic bookkeeping skills Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
