Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. The agent will prospect and build a client base, conduct property showings, perform market analyses, and guide clients through the purchase and sale of residential real estate. Responsibilities include listing and marketing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts and related documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing. The agent will collaborate with the brokerage team, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service. This role offers autonomy within a supportive environment, with a focus on delivering customized, high-value service to every client. Qualifications Active or eligible Real Estate License in New York, with a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations. Experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and negotiating residential property transactions. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships. Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing transactions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the Buffalo/Niagara real estate market and local community resources is highly beneficial. Comfort with common real estate technology tools, MLS systems, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, with reliable transportation.
