Join a mission-driven team that values your expertise and supports your well-being.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:As a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites.You will also:Provide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites.Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador.Observe, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site.Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.Read and write detailed, accurate reports on incidents and daily activities.Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards with professionalism.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:18+ years old or the minimum age required by the stateCustomer service experienceValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED; possessing an associate's degree is preferred2+ years of security experience and/or military/LEOGreat communication and customer service skillsKnowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitorsAuthorization to legally work in the United StatesEffective verbal and written English communication skillsAccess to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice responseAbility to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officerAbility to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensingAbility to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditionsAbility to lift/carry up to 50 lbsAbility to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loadsAbility to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbsAbility to walk and stand for extended periods and use laddersAbility to work at a desk and use a keyboardAbility to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidaysAre you who we're looking for?
