Location: Onsite Huntsville, AL
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $24.11 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Night shifts. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.
Shift: Day or Night 2/2/3 Rotating Work Schedule: Days/Nights:7am-7pm/7pm-7am Opportunity

We are looking for a Molding Operator I to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you'll support the production of high?volume STERLING Vikrell tubs and showers at our state?of?the?art manufacturing facility.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Remove SMC material from storage containers and prepare it for molding (cutting, stripping poly, folding, and stacking).
- Load SMC charges into presses and remove molded parts after processing.
- Assist with cleaning mold cavities and deflashing molded parts for next operations.
- Transport defective parts to the rework area.
- Assemble cartons and packaging components; assist with packaging and accessory assembly as directed.
- Follow all plant safety policies and perform assigned housekeeping and 5S duties.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
