DESCRIPTION NEW STORE OPENING! Looking for leaders to become the foundation of our Tropical Smoothie Cafe family in the local area with the potential to grow into a General Manager. Benefits:

- Must have minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater, preferably in the food service industry but not required.
- Manager ServSafe Certification or similar preferred by not required
- Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family
- Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
- Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
- Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
- Deliver "Unparalleled Hospitality" that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience
- Maintain a restaurant that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit
- Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner
