Looking for leaders to become the foundation of our Tropical Smoothie Cafe family in the local area with the potential to grow into a General Manager.

Qualifications

Must have minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater, preferably in the food service industry but not required.
Manager ServSafe Certification or similar preferred by not required
Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family
Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant

Deliver "Unparalleled Hospitality" that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience
Maintain a restaurant that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit
Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner

Tropical Smoothie Cafe's menu boasts bold, flavorful smoothies with a healthy appeal, all made-to-order from the freshest ingredients. We find that superior, simple ingredients including real fruits and veggies just tastes better.
