Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality .NET-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Python , along with strong knowledge of the asset management and investment data domain .
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship while helping ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development .
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET .
- Strong SQL Server and database development experience.
- Professional experience with Python .
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures .
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, and modern development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management and Investment Data .
- Experience in financial services, investment management, portfolio management, or related domains is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud-based .NET development using Microsoft Azure or AWS .
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing .
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps .
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in .NET development, cloud platforms, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
