Tax Director Available - $500K Book of Business | Ready to Move Now

I am representing an accomplished Tax Director with an established $500K book of business who is seeking the right firm to transition their practice immediately. This individual is a proven leader with deep public accounting experience and a strong, loyal client base.

They are looking for a firm that values ethical leadership, supports client transitions, and provides the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

Tax Director Highlights

Tax & advisory Partner with 20+ years of public accounting experience
CPA; Master’s in Accounting
Expertise in federal, state, and international tax planning
Serve closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational companies
Deep experience in M&A, cross-border transactions, and complex tax structuring
Lead tax advisory and compliance for a $500K client portfolio
- Portfolio to transfer with pending new firm pricing.
Advise on entity structuring, restructurings, and exit planning
Support U.S. and international market entry across North America and Asia
Design tax-efficient global structures and expansion strategies
Drive $100K+ in annual new revenue through practice growth
Lead and mentor teams of managers and senior associates
Represent clients in IRS and state tax examinations
