Director of Sales Job Details: Pay – $80,000-$85,000 per year plus commission plan Location – The Glenn WestSt Paul, MN Director of Sales Responsibilities: Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources. Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.
