We need an experience d Release Train Engineer ( RTE ) like you to lead technical teams and Agile releases. In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to develop and release mission supporting services. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement met rics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience performing as a Scrum Master, RTE, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment

• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe

• 3+ years of experience working within a DoD or Navy environment

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes

• Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams

• Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and met hodologies

• Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, met rics, or impediments, and provide recommended solutions

• Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment

• Experience supporting the Navy

• Experience briefing senior military or government offi cia ls

• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services

• SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist Certification s

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
