Lab Technician & Phlebotomy Specialist

This is an internal-hire position with the Veterans Health Administration's Central Virginia VA Health Care System, Fredericksburg Health Care Center, under the Richmond VA Medical Center. The role supports high-quality laboratory services in the clinic and reports to the Supervisory Medical Technologist. Applicants must meet all requirements by 10/03/2026.
