Job Details

Our firm is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate with 3–5 years of experience for our DC-metro (DMV) offices. This is a strong fit for a deal-focused associate ready to take real ownership of transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Support middle-market M&A transactions from diligence through closing
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and handle general corporate matters
• Take responsibility for associate-level work and run workstreams with limited oversight

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of M&A experience; general corporate experience is a plus
• Experience supporting middle-market deals
• Admission to a DC, Maryland, or Virginia bar (as applicable) and good standing
