As our next Assistant Service Manager , you will play a crucial role in leading our local team. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities): Supervise Warranty operation. Accountable for seeing that service warranty documentation is complete for claim processing, demonstrating a commitment to accurate and timely warranty submissions. Make sure work orders are signed and reviewed with customers and jobs are billed properly, ensuring transparency and adherence to procedures. Meet or exceed service level agreements and deadlines, demonstrating a commitment to timely and efficient service delivery. Devote to delivering customer satisfaction to customers, prioritizing customer needs and resolving issues effectively. Work with Service Manager and Human Resources to select, hire, train and develop employees, contributing to the growth and development of the service team. Identify opportunities to improve service processes, enhance efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. Coordinator of day-to-day paperwork flow, ensuring efficient organization and management of information. Coordinating reports to the Service Manager, providing accurate and timely information to support decision‑making. Supervise and mentor all employees and ensure all duties are completed, promoting accountability and responsible task management. Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers. Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills): High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Heavy‑Duty Truck experience and 1 year of lead, supervisor or management experience or responsibilities. Strong technical knowledge and intermediate computer skills required. Excellent listening and communication skills Leadership ability, self‑starter, takes charge and follows through Mindset: A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
