Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a growing residential housing organization. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity located in the greater Shrewsbury, Massachusetts area. Typical schedule consists of weekend coverage Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm with potential flexibility for additional hours. Position Overview This opportunity is ideal for a polished, customer-focused professional who enjoys sales, relationship building, and creating positive resident experiences. The Leasing Professional will serve as a key representative of the community, helping drive occupancy goals through exceptional customer service, lead generation, and leasing activities. The role offers a consistent part-time schedule with weekend coverage required and one additional flexible weekday shift supporting prospective and current residents.
