Registered Nurse - Emergency DepartmentLocation: Marshall, MichiganAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (12:00 PM - 1:30 AM); every other weekend and available for holiday coverage.Job Description: The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients in the Emergency Department. This role encompasses all phases of the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse will direct and supervise the patient care team, which typically includes Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses. Collaboration with team members and other healthcare disciplines is essential in the provision of care.
