Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to operate advanced imaging equipment and perform diagnostic CT scans. This role involves collaboration with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care and imaging accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of computed tomography (CT) procedures following established protocols.
• Operate GE Revolution 256 slice and GE VCT 64 Slice CT scanners with proficiency.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech and Synapse PACS systems.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including gowning and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support ER volume and urgent imaging needs.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification required.
• Must be licensed and accredited in radiologic technology with CT specialization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
• Ability to operate sophisticated imaging equipment confidently.
• Strong understanding of IV contrast policies and scanning protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
