Role Description We are seeking a full-time Commercial HVACR Service Lead for an on-site role in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will oversee daily service operations, manage tasks related to commercial HVACR repairs and maintenance, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVACR systems, coordinating with team members, guiding technicians, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Proficiency in Sales and Account Management to support customer retention and business growth. Experience in Purchasing and resource management to coordinate supplies and maintain operational efficiency. Strong technical knowledge in commercial HVACR systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance techniques. Certification or training in HVACR systems is preferred.
