Nurse Practitioner

A high-end aesthetic practice in Hermosa Beach, California is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector for a Clinical Lead role - one of the most advanced injectable and treatment menus in Southern California, backed by a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon as Medical Director. This is a creative, ownership-forward position for an injector who takes real pride in the craft and wants to build a loyal patient following in a practice that values technique, taste, and consistency above all else. You’ll lead consultations, own the injectables, oversee laser and energy-based treatments, mentor the aesthetic team, and set the quality standards across a treatment menu that spans neurotoxins, dermal fillers, RF skin tightening, resurfacing, microneedling, and an emerging peptide and longevity program. Key Responsibilities Lead consultations and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans Deliver artful neurotoxin and dermal filler results across a multi-brand portfolio Perform and oversee laser, radiofrequency, resurfacing, and microneedling services Set clinical protocols and quality standards across the treatment program Partner with Medical Director on complex cases and complication management Mentor RNs and aesthetic staff on technique and consistency Build long-term patient relationships that grow a loyal following Deliver peptide and longevity program services as the program expands Qualifications Active California NP license in good standing with furnishing number and DEA (required) National board certification - FNP, AGNP, or equivalent (required) Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience (required) Current BLS certification (required) Eligible to work under physician collaboration or standardized procedure arrangement Laser and energy-based device experience strongly preferred Advanced injector training - full-face, masseter, lip, neck strongly preferred Peptide therapy experience a plus Loyal patient following a strong plus ACLS certification preferred Schedule & Compensation $125,000-$175,000/year Full-time or part-time | Five 8-hour shifts (full-time) | Flexible scheduling Outpatient medical spa | On-site Hermosa Beach, CA Immediate hire #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHire
