Project Manager

Hands-on experience in construction, civil, or a related industry. 3–5 years of experience in installation project management. Proven experience managing installation projects involving cameras, gates, windows, doors, etc. Ability to travel to different states as required. Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when onsite. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

BENEFITS

Competitive salary: $95,000–$105,000, depending on experience. Unlimited Time Off Policy after the initial 90 days. Company vehicle provided for working purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead by example onsite, demonstrating commitment, integrity, and strong work ethic. Manage and oversee the installation of security systems, including cameras, gates, windows, and doors for projects nationwide. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Order and manage materials required for each project. Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines and budgets. Travel to various project sites across the country as needed. Maintain flexible working hours when onsite to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure all project requirements and expectations are met.
