K&M Tire is a family owned wholesale tire distributor serving the tire and automotive dealers of the Southeast since 1985.   We distribute tires through out North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia.  We have locations in:Hickory NCRaleigh NCGreenville NCRichmond VAWalterboro SC K&M Tire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative for our Hickory, North Carolina location. This position plays a key role in supporting daily customer operations, growing sales within existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, professional, organized, driven to grow business, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and assist with product availability, pricing, and order placementProvide outstanding daily customer service and build long-term customer relationshipsIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsSupport sales growth through proactive account management and relationship developmentMonitor customer buying trends and communicate opportunitiesVisit customer locations periodically to strengthen relationships and support business growthCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentResolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlyServe as a translator for our Spanish speaking customersQualificationsBilingual, speak fluent English and Spanish Previous sales or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicBasic computer skills and ability to learn internal systemsValid driver's licenseExperience in the tire, automotive, or distribution industry is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay  ( based on experience and applicable skill )Stable, family-oriented work environmentHealth Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401k match 3% (after 1 year)Full-time position with consistent schedulePaid Time-Off (PTO)Paid Holidays (6)If you are motivated, dependable, and enjoy building customer relationships while helping grow business, we encourage you to apply.
