Lifespan is a boutique style practice where clinicians have freedom to make their own hybrid schedule and personalize their approach to care. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with at least 1 year of experience working with adults.
*Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Typical presentations mild to moderate:

• Children, teens, young adults, adults 25+.
• Dating, relationships and breakups.
• Parenting and work related stress.
• Boundary and communication skills.
• Childhood adversity or traumatic stress.
• Adjustments, loss, life transitions, neurodiversity, anxiety and depression.

We have perinatal and veteran teams forming in the San Marcos location and a bilingual, Spanish speaking team is forming in the San Diego location. 

Job Description:

• Lifespan has a waitlist and is ready to assign cases. Credentialing with major insurance carriers can take up to 90 days. 
• Referrals provided. Marketing and networking may be necessary to achieve your caseload goals.
• Create your own hybrid schedule anytime M-F between the hours of 8am-8pm. Weekends are available if desired.
• Minimum of 10 client facing hours per week. 
• Furnished office, EHR and billing provided.
• Pre-licensed clinicians receive 1-2 units of supervision depending on caseload with consultation available outside of the supervision hour as needed.
• Clinical supervision is paid time.
• Active California BBS registration is necessary.

Our mission is to offer both in office and telehealth appointments and remove the cost barrier by accepting insurance.
