Position Description United Group Services is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support industrial mechanical construction projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial piping and mechanical construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in fast-paced project environments. Qualifications Familiarity with ASME B31.3 Process Piping and ASME B31.9 standards 10+ years of experience within the industrial piping/mechanical contractor industry Previous mission critical project experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of welding procedures, piping systems, and quality control processes Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignment Position Requirements Weld inspections and weld mapping Supervising and accepting pressure testing activities Non-conformance reporting and tracking System completion walk-downs Maintaining quality documentation and turnover packages Coordinating with field supervision, project management, and client representatives Supporting quality control procedures across multiple projects Building and maintaining strong client/owner relationships Equal Opportunity Employer United Group Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
