Vacation Homes Collection, the premier vacation rental company in Orange Beach, AL, is expanding our in-house Guest Services team! If you are a highly organized individual with a great attitude and strong computer skills, this is your chance to work in beautiful Orange Beach, AL in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

Manage guest relations
Offer excellent service to current guests
Schedule maintenance and property preparation tasks
Maintain communication between internal departments, vendors, and contractors

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong computer skills with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family
Availability to work weekends and evenings

Schedule:

This is a full-time position located in Orange Beach, AL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business
