We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated healthcare team in the Midwest region. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is required. Licensure must be valid for practice within the regional jurisdiction.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families.
