Becton Dickinson seeks an Operator/Technician for medical device manufacturing at a Nebraska facility. The role involves equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in a high-speed production environment with radiation exposure. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment within quality and quantity specifications Perform preventative maintenance on equipment per plant PM program and record activities in SAP Identify safety hazards and repair equipment within capability following escalation procedures Maintain general housekeeping, safety awareness, and effective team communication Assist with radiation emergencies when required and attend mandatory training sessions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to obtain forklift certification within 3 months Ability to obtain radiation certification within 12 months English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) Vocational/technical training or manufacturing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Becton Dickinson
