Property Management Specialist
USDA
Duties
Monitors and reports on the status or progress of work.
Conducts evaluations of the organization's methods and utilizes knowledge to identify efficiencies.
Prepares mandatory reporting documents.
Presents or briefs reporting materials to various groups.
Advises peers and leadership on how to resolve program problems.
Analyzes inventory management, security and maintenance operations.
Explains options and procedures for filling requests.
Receives, reviews and acts to complete property declarations.
Reviews claim requests to make eligibility and claims justification determinations.
Ensures the complete investigation of all accidents or incidents which may give rise to a tort claim and documents findings.
Receives, reviews and analyzes monthly supply reports.
Verifies monthly leased vehicle billings.
Tracks budgetary allocations and disbursements.
