Your Day at Lowe's You will welcome customers, help them find products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities may vary by department, including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly service Assist with locating and handling merchandise Restock shelves and replenish supplies Process orders and deliveries accurately Cross-train in other store areas Prepare merchandise based on customer needs Guide customers through shopping and checkout Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying information) 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets) Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, or other activities Ability to lift minimally 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance Preferred Qualifications 6 months retail or customer service experience Bilingual skills Trade certifications relevant to department (e.g., hardware, plumbing) Lowe's encourages bilingual, military, and veteran talent to apply, supporting community growth and teamwork.
