We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role involves communicating with clients, processing payroll, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
- Support administrative and office operations as needed.
- Assist other departments with projects and tasks when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Perform data entry and general office duties.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computers and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Payroll experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
