Direct Care Board Certified Behavior Analyst
At EzCare ABA, we're passionate about delivering compassionate autism therapy across Virginia. As a Direct Care Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, partnering with families and helping children build meaningful skills through direct, hands-on ABA therapy.
About the Role:
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients
Implement and adjust individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and make real-time clinical decisions
Conduct parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
Maintain clinical documentation and session notes

What We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism preferred
Passion for direct client care and family collaboration
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Arlington, Alexandria, and surrounding areas

Pay Range: $70-$95/hour
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability and Client Schedule
Location: Arlington, Alexandria, Woodbridge and surrounding areas, VA
