Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN to join the emergency room team, providing urgent and critical care to patients. The role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Render high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Manage patient assessments, including vital signs and initial triage.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately using Cerner electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid MO RN license or Compact license at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and CPI (starting January 2026).
  
  
• 
  Ability to pass an EKG exam with an 80% score or higher.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated experience with Cerner charting system.
  
  
• 
  Willingness to work 3x12 hour evening shifts, including every other weekend.
