To drive innovation in AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML will design, develop, and optimize backend systems for generative AI and agentic workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and scalability. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services for generative AI, ensuring high performance and reliability Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities across the platform Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in backend development Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and scaling microservices Proficiency in C# and .NET, along with experience in Python and PostgreSQL Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in SaaS application development and modern distributed systems
