As a Security Officer Unarmed Road Patrol Driver in Mukilteo, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and integrity in a role that values agility, reliability, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support screening procedures consistent with site policies for a professional unarmed patrol post.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, shift communication, and follow-up on security-related procedures involving restricted areas, assets, and personnel movement.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
