Healthcare Claims Resolution Coordinator

Location: Amarillo, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $18/hour + incentive pay eligibility after training

A day in this role

Start your morning reviewing a queue of accounts that need attention. You’ll call medical, dental, and long‑term care providers to clear up claim discrepancies, document what you learn in our internal systems, and capture precise notes. Throughout the day, you’ll switch between emails and phone conversations, track progress on your accounts, and keep an eye on daily and weekly goals—supported by a collaborative team that’s rooting for your success.

What you’ll handle

• Contact healthcare, dental, and long‑term care providers to resolve insurance claim discrepancies
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Research account details and update information in internal tools
• Maintain thorough notes and monitor account status through completion
• Contribute in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while meeting daily/weekly targets

What you bring

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn
• Dependability and interest in long‑term employment

Preferred experience

• Call center or office-based customer service
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or billing workflows
