About the Role:
Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents in our skilled nursing facility
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan menus and ensure nutritional requirements are met
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests
Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of supplies and ingredients
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts
Set up and break down the kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized environment
Maintain a safe and efficient food handling and storage system
Monitor and control food costs and inventory
Participate in menu planning and culinary activities as needed
