Outside Sales Rep

Salary Range: 1099 Commission-based Airoh helmets, one of Europe’s most respected helmet brands is officially launching in the United States. Built in Italy and trusted by world-class riders across motocross, off-road, and street, Airoh is bringing its craftsmanship, technology, and performance to American riders. As we expand our U.S. dealer network, Airoh USA is selecting independent sales representative in OREGON . We are not simply hiring reps, we are building the founding sales network for the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity for experienced powersports professionals to represent a premium European brand entering a major growth phase in the United States. We are particularly interested in reps who already call on powersports dealers and currently represent complementary product lines within the industry. Position Overview As an Airoh USA Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Airoh dealer network within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate lives within the territory, has strong relationships with powersports dealers, and understands how to build momentum for a premium brand in the market. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Airoh dealer network within your assigned territory
• Maintain and expand existing dealer relationships while identifying new growth opportunities
• Work with Airoh USA to support athletes, events, and grassroots marketing initiatives
• Manage preseason bookings and ongoing reorders with dealers
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales goals
• Become an expert in Airoh helmet technology, safety standards, and product lines
• Identify dealer needs and collaborate with the Airoh team to grow sales
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within dealer accounts
• Increase Airoh’s market share within the territoryIdeal Candidate
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Powersports, Action Sports, or technical apparel
• Strong knowledge of the motorcycle and powersports dealer network
• Proven ability to grow and manage dealer relationships independently
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently throughout the territory
• Ability to visit dealers regularly and represent the brand at events when needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for motorcycles and rider culture
