Expectations and Tasks: Oversee “Health of Marketing” syncs, planning meetings, and mid-year syncs. Monitor performance of marketing plans and strategies; identify opportunities to enhance marketing impact, efficiency, and return on investment. Own annual pipeline modeling and target setting on behalf of supported market units. Work with Distribution marketing leadership and marketing operations to refine, evolve and build out new analytics strategies, models, reporting and executive dashboards/scorecards to provide transparency into performance, productivity, and return on marketing investment. Proactively uncover data-driven and data-informed actionable opportunities for increasing marketing impact. Advise marketing leadership on pipeline health, demand generation strategies, areas of opportunity, risks and recommended actions for resolving challenges and maximizing performance. Lead and support high-impact, global projects and change initiatives. Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $176,300 - $299,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
