Civil Litigation Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Attorney, based in Irvine, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves providing legal advice and counsel, handling civil defense litigation cases, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting in-depth legal research. The Attorney will represent clients in various capacities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and advocating on their behalf. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications Strong expertise in Law, with a focus on Civil Defense Litigation Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and creating legal strategies Advanced skills in Research, particularly related to case law and legal precedents Demonstrated abilities in Negotiation and conflict resolution Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Active license to practice law in California Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience in advising organizations or corporate clients is a plus Salary $175,000.00-$215,000.00 DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
